For our English-medium Tafseer course, fluent Arabic is not required. However, basic Quran reading ability is helpful. For the Arabic-medium Tafseer track, our Arabic Language course is the ideal preparation.

We recommend Tafseer for students aged 12 and above. The course involves complex theological and linguistic concepts that require a degree of maturity and prior Islamic knowledge.

We draw from classical works including Tafseer Ibn Kathir, Tafseer al-Jalalayn, and Tafseer al-Sa'di, complemented by contemporary scholarly commentary. The specific reference is discussed with each student during enrollment.
