1. Free Trial Class
- Your first class is a completely free, no-obligation 30-minute trial — no credit card and no commitment required.
- We review your enrollment form within 24 hours and match you with a suitable tutor, who contacts you directly to schedule the trial.
- You only pay if you decide to continue after the trial.
2. Child Safety
Many of our students are children, and we take that seriously. Here's exactly what that means in practice:
- Tutor vetting. Every tutor goes through a proper vetting process and is formally approved before joining our team — we don't onboard tutors without it.
- Communication stays within the academy. Contact between tutors and families is coordinated through Siraate Quran, not arranged independently outside it.
- Classes are recorded for safety. Live one-on-one sessions over Zoom or Microsoft Teams are recorded, and those recordings are accessible only to the academy's admin — never shared externally. See our Privacy Policy for how this fits into our data handling.
- A named person owns quality assurance. Our Academy Manager is specifically responsible for overseeing class quality and is the point of contact for any concern — see our About page for who currently holds that role.
- Parent/guardian-only enrollment for children. Enrollment for any student under 13 must be completed by a parent or guardian, not the child directly.
- Tutor gender is your choice. Female tutors are available for female students and children on request — just tell us your preference when you enroll.
- Every tutor is named and shown on our site — real name and credentials on our About page before you enroll, never someone anonymous.

3. Tutor Assignment & Gender Preference
- We have certified male and female Aalim/Aalima tutors. Tutor gender is based entirely on your preference — female tutors are available for female students and children whenever requested.
- State your tutor-gender preference on the enrollment form, and we will do our best to honour it.
- Classes are one-on-one (not group classes) and conducted live via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellation
- You can reschedule a class up to 2 hours before it starts with no penalty.
- Monthly subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time.
- We currently do not publish a separate refund schedule beyond the free trial and the pause/cancel terms above. If you have a billing question or a situation not covered here, contact us directly (details below) and we'll work it out with you.
5. Privacy & Children's Data
We take the privacy of our students — many of whom are children — seriously. Enrollment forms for children must be completed by a parent or guardian, and we never sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
